Fernando Botero Angulo (Medellín, 1932 – Monako, 2023) je kolumbijski likovni umjetnik, poznat po specifičnom stilu figurativne umjetnosti, koji je po njemu dobio ime boterismo ("boterizam"). Njegov opus u posljednje vrijeme je bio politički angažiran, odnosno inspiriran zlostavljanjem zatvorenika u Abu Graibu.

Botero se ženio tri puta. Prva supruga mu je Gloria Zea, buduća ministrica kulture, s kojom je imao troje djece, uključujući sina Fernanda, koji je neko vrijeme bio ministar obrane, a potom pobjegao iz Kolumbije zbog optužbe za pronevjeru. Neko vrijeme je živio sa Ceciliom Zambrano, sa kojom je imao sina Pedra, poginulog 1979. u nesreći u kojoj je i sam Botero ozlijeđen. Trenutno živi u Italiji sa trećom suprugom Sophijom Vari.
