Casting couch
Casting couch, casting-couch syndrome, atau casting-couch mentality adalah sebuah kegiatan seksual yang dilakukan oleh seorang majikan atau seseorang dalam posisi berkuasa dan berpengaruh, terhadap seorang karyawan atau bawahan dari seorang petinggi sebagai bayaran dari sebuah pekerjaan, atau kemajuan karier lainnya dalam sebuah organisasi. Istilah casting couch bermula dalam industri perfilman, dengan rujukan spesifik kepada kegiatan seksual yang dilakukan antara sutradara casting atau produser film dan anggota pemerannya.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
